Refund policy

Return policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns can be initiated by emailing us at contact@shopcasacolo.com or by reaching out via chat on our home page. The return must be dispatched to us within 7 days of when the return label is provided or it will not be eligible for refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unwashed, unworn, with tags (including return tag), and in its original packaging. 

Please take care when trying on pieces. Bottoms should be tried over your own underwear, and the hygiene liner must be left intact. Be careful with makeup and body lotion when trying on. Soiled pieces cannot be returned.

We have attached a return tag to each item - it reads "Love me or leave me". Please take this is heart and decide if you would like to keep the piece. Once this tag is removed, it can no longer be returned.

Shipping
Returns should be shipped back in the original reusable mailer you received your order in. Please ensure all materials related to you the items returned (i.e., complimentary wet bikini bags) are included.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you would like to order an item in a different size, please place a separate order and return the unwanted item.

Refunds
When you make a return, you can decide if you would like a refund to original payment method or a 110% store credit to find something new. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
